Private studio
We have a large private studio that we use for our popular body transformation class with our coach Frankie Bell.
This makes sure our gym is available to use all day.
Main mat space
This is where all of our martial arts classes are held, we have plenty of space so feel free to come and watch one of our classes.
Infared Sauna
An infared sauna with a fitted radio and dimmed lights for a relaxing break after a hard session.
Increased blood circulation carries off metabolic waste products and delivers oxygen-rich blood to oxygen-depleted muscle, so they recover faster. Muscles relax best when tissues are warm, for greater flexibility and range of motion. Infrared heat can help to relieve muscle tension.

Inside our gym we have a fully functioning kitchen serving meal prep style foods to our members and non members. Food can be ordered and picked up on request, please see our Cafe section for more info!!
